Sign-in and profile
Your web profile is private and tied to your Firebase account. If progress looks missing, first check that you signed in with the same Google or email account used in TUD.
Subscriptions and legal
TUD Pro purchases are controlled by the app store account that started the subscription. Legal and privacy requests use the public TUD policy pages.

Open the TUD profile page and sign in with the same Google or email account you use in the app. The website profile can only show progress for that matching account.
Your profile can look empty if you have not completed Voice Missions in the app yet, if you signed in with a different account, or if you used guest mode without linking progress to Google or email sign-in.
Manage or cancel TUD Pro through the store where you subscribed: Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. Deleting your TUD account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
