Use the same Google or email account you use in the TUD app so the website can find your profile and progress.

Sign-in and profile

Use the same account you use in the app.

Your web profile is private and tied to your Firebase account. If progress looks missing, first check that you signed in with the same Google or email account used in TUD.

  • The profile route is for private account access, not a public search landing page.
  • Progress appears after using the app and completing Voice Missions.
  • Guest app progress can be temporary until it is linked to a Google or email account.

Subscriptions and legal

Manage billing and privacy from the right place.

TUD Pro purchases are controlled by the app store account that started the subscription. Legal and privacy requests use the public TUD policy pages.

  • Cancel TUD Pro through Google Play or the Apple App Store subscription settings.
  • Deleting your TUD account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.
  • Use the delete account, privacy policy, and terms pages for formal account and data requests.

How do I sign in to my TUD profile?

Open the TUD profile page and sign in with the same Google or email account you use in the app. The website profile can only show progress for that matching account.

Why is my TUD profile empty?

Your profile can look empty if you have not completed Voice Missions in the app yet, if you signed in with a different account, or if you used guest mode without linking progress to Google or email sign-in.

How do I manage or cancel TUD Pro?

Manage or cancel TUD Pro through the store where you subscribed: Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. Deleting your TUD account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

How do I delete my TUD account?

Use the TUD account deletion page at https://www.tudapp.com/delete-account to request account and app data deletion. You can also contact info@tudapp.com for help.
